Hanna Tabb
Hans, originally from upstate NY, spent the first 20 years of her life exploring movement and mobility through dance, yoga, and gymnastics. Since relocating to Portland in 2015, she has developed a passion for contortion training and performance. With a degree in kinesiology and health science, Hans brings valuable expertise in optimizing the balance between flexibility and strength. She focuses on increasing mobility through strength to protect the joints, prevent injuries, and support those working with existing injuries.
Since graduating in 2020, Hans has been dedicated to teaching, empowering students to understand their bodies and achieve their flexibility goals safely. She offers a weekly all-level class on a sliding scale and is also available for private lessons tailored to individual needs.
